“Rinkau gėles Dievui”

Visą savo gyvenimą aiškiai jaučiau ir niekada neabejojau, kad Kūrėjas yra. Vadinu save vienodai spirituality + mokslo + meno žmogumi, nes iš tiesų visa tai tik gyvenimo spektro dedamosios.. 🩵🌞

Bet šiomis dienomis rinkau gėles Dievui.
Neturiu vieno religijos, ir mano pajautimu Dievas turi daugybę avatarų, veidų. Bet pasak vaišnavų, (o taip pat ir krikščionių), Dievas taip pat yra ir asmenybē, ir su juo galima užmegzti ir tokį asmeninį ryšį:) Esu tai patyrusi daug kartų, bet šįkart, atrodo, grįžo pažįstami praeitų gyvenimų prisiminimai…

5 dienos vaišnavų (bhakti jogų) bendruomenėje, gamtoje, beveik nenaudojant telefono - ir vėl jaučiuosi vis labiau grįžtanti į save, į savo švelnumą, moteriškumą ir tokį visaapimantį grožio visame kame matymą. 🌸🔆

Jau beveik pripratau. Ar tapau bhakti joge? Dar ne. Ar prisiminiau kažką pažįstamo, ar prisipildžiau gamtos, ramybės ir ryšio su nuoširdžiais žmonėmis? Ar paklausiau mantrų, dainuojamų nuostabios, jau beveik draugės balso? Ar paklausiau paskaitų ir patyriau šiek tiek daugiau to, ką mano tėtis jaunas būdamas dvasiškai ragavo? 🦋🩵 Taip

Tarp miesto ir kaimo 🌿🌞

Artėjant mano liūtiškam ir jautriai spalvotam (mėnulis vėžio ženkle) gimtadieniui, susijungiu su savimi. Šie metai kitokie, savotiški, atgaivinantys, kuomet susijungiu su savimi giliau, nuoširdžiau, paprasčiau.

Mano pagrindinis tikslas dabar gyventi tiesoje, tikrume, gyvume, kitaip tariant susilygiavime - tiesiog su savo vidine šviesa, talentais ir įvairiapusiškumu. I didn’t come here to fit into a box! 😃🫶🌞

O šiaip tai net ne tik apie tai. O apie išsiplėtimą širdies prasme, savęs susirinkimą, o tuo pačiu tiesiog prisiminimą - gyventi dabartyje, tarnystėje savo pašaukimui ir Šviesai apskritai, ir kuriant iš tos tikrumos. Į tokią gausą. Be baimės, be skubėjimo, sugrįžtant į begalinį natūralų vertumą ir gausą 🌞🌞🫶😘

We’ve been SCAMMED. We, women. By popular “sport and wellness” claims, that misguide us , women, with our unique hormonal systems and bodies. Here’s what I mean..

Some scientific facts here:

1. PLEASURE and intuitive - wellness (not ridig rules) is more sustainable for the psyche and mind of people, especially women. Why? Pleasure signals to your brain you are safe, it makes whatever you want MORE achievable long term, make you FEEL GOOD AND RELEASE SEROTONIN = long term motivation for body and brain. If you don’t fatigue your body and mind over the limit in terms of exhaustion, it doesn’t produce very high cortisol levels. WHY THAT MATTERS:
2. High cortisol levels signal to your brain DANGER, and for a good reason. It signals thread, but also leads to inflammation, inconsistent energy, fatigue and poor digestion (fatigue and less absorption if nutrients) long term.

Now, think about your wellness goals. What do you think is more sustainable: ridig diets, self shame based on “will-only” and male physiology oriented approaches, or a balanced, healthy methods that RESPECT and HONOR your hormonal health, your energy, your health, your digestion, your MOOD?:)

Šiomis dienomis labai grįždinėju į save, eilinî kartą pagaudama save jaučiant atsakymus ir girdint save, kas man svarbu.

Ir su amžiumi ateina toks aiškus žinojimas: net jei aš nežinau viso paveikslo, žinau labai aiškius žingsnius DABAR.

Būnant gamtoje galima labai grįžti į resursą būtent būnant procese, buvime, jautime.

Mums nereikia visko žinoti, o visgi kažkaip kojos neša ir nuneša, akys mato ir širdis jaučia. Po kažkiek kilometrų žiūrėk jau ir visą ežerą apėjai. O juk svarbiausia buvo kad mėgaujiesi vedimu ir eini kur norisi DABAR.

Taip ir aš sau gyvenime leidžiu nesispausti savęs į rėmus, nors apie juos visi sako. Tikslinė grupė, auditorija, poreikis. Visa tai labai gerai.

Bet galima eiti ir kitaip. Taip, kaip kviečia širdis. Taip, kaip veda vidinis vedimas. Ir galima atsirasti kitoje ežero pusėje, bet tau visai tai nesvarbu.

Svarbu kad mėgavaisi kiekvienu žiedeliu, lapuku, medžiu kelyje. Kad mėgavaisi šiltais saulės spinduliais ir kompanija šalia.

Ir aš atsisakau tikėti, kad kitaip yra norma. Atsisakau tikėti, kad gyvenimas turi būti rutina, tušti tikslai ir skaičiai. Grįžtu į savo tikėjimą, galią ir tikrumą. Nes visa kita - neveda į tvarų žydėjimą ir augimą.

Joy is often an underestimated practice that helps the brain HEAL, the soul REMEMBER ITS DIRECTION AND CALLING, and the body and psyche GROW STRONGER.

I remember about 6-7 years ago, during a difficult phase (which at the time felt overwhelming 😃), my salvation and ultimate WIN for my nervous system came through slow, yin-style yoga, somatic practices I came up with myself, and daily joy practices.

If you’re feeling far from joy, I’d never suggest avoiding your emotions. But if there’s even a small space for joy that day, invite it in through dance, movement, singing (my favorite), or any other healthy way that genuinely brings you joy.

Joy helps the brain HEAL by promoting neuroplasticity, improving mood regulation, and reducing rumination—those negative, often “black-and-white,” cyclical thought patterns. This is especially crucial for people prone to anxiety, anxiety disorders, or other affective disorders like depression. Dedicating time daily or almost daily to joy practices, and treating them as vitamins for the body, soul, and mind—as well as an INNER RESOURCE for energy, health, intuition, and unlocking your potential—helps make joy a DAILY experience.

By doing so, we strengthen our connection to OURSELVES, our Higher Self, the Universe, God, other people, and life itself. This aids recovery from depression, anxiety, and challenging life experiences.

And once again: I invite you to approach this NOT as a way of gaslighting yourself into thinking “everything is perfect.” Absolutely not. I don’t recommend doing that.

While you’re healing and taking action in areas you want to improve in your life, joy practices are about MAKING ROOM FOR JOY because it is sacred. A sacred practice, a key to health, a gateway to self-realization, and a cornerstone of mental and spiritual well-being and fulfillment.

At one point, I even considered getting a tattoo related to joy because this intuitively discovered practice changed my life so profoundly. Would you like to learn more about the benefits of joy for the psyche and body?

Feeling better each day

As I move deeper into my experience through the body, I unclog my body, my mental health, my blocks and their healing.

The new energy comes through me as a revelation, clear presence of Being in a new way, as I accept, and move through, or more precise - allow it to move through me - the waves of knowing, but also of old stories and energy that I release.

Every journey into the body is a possibility if healing, clarity and revelation.

As we heal the energy, the body heals.

As we accept the movement, the old stories within us, it finds it way through and out. The body is intelligent, the body Knows.

I know that the body holds wisdom beyond measure. To go into this and unlock it - is a gift of transformation.

Life can be full or miracles, if we choose to be in the moment and accept, and feel through us - what is alive in the moment.

Clarity comes naturally. As fruit, full of juices, drops from the tree, giving its richness and wisdom.

Grateful.

We live in a healing era, that is beautiful, waking up a lot of people from living in a blank state.

It is not always easy to feel all “done” in healing, and even if you do - what’s the end goal and who said that life is not gonna be WAVY once again?

I just know that for me, I want not only HEALING but LIVING fully. And there is a balance between living with a crazily open heart and healthy boundaries with yourself, your nervous system and necessary self respect.

HOWEVER, a gentle reminder to myself and all those that have been growing, healing, and all of that: START TO CREATE
START TO NORMALIZE THE GOOD
START TO NORMALIZE THE BRAVE

The brave you NOW. not in 10 years
The maximun enjoyment NOW
The gratitude NOW
The courage NOW

The expansive life you want NOW

Who said you’ve got time?
And if you’ve got many years to come, do you want them to be the same? 🦋

Yes, take your time when it comes to healing

So much to say about this! Oh dear. The subconscious beliefs are so important because they shape our identity. Our identity (subconsciously) then affects our mental patterns, physical patterns and emotional patterns. So much to tell here, but for now, one key step/secret: observe the Stories your mind is telling you. Are they true? Are they serving you? Learn to grow and accept your mistakes, imperfections WITHOUT identifying with it. And see how much power is in that.

You know what is healing? Understanding that you deserve to shine. Your light is never too bright. To never have to hide, and yet - you don’t owe nothing to nobody and you don’t have to give explanations about why you are this way or another on a specific day. Not everybody has access to you, and that is always your gift you can give to yourself. Shine and bloom in a way that feels right for you. You cannot control the world but you can choose your harmony. Always. 💫
