My coaching programme offers you a safe space to discover your strengths and potential so you can stop leaning on unhealthy habits and become the person you always wanted to be.

I’m a certified personal development coach who helps people become who they really want to be by increasing self awareness and acceptance of who they are. I help people find their strengths and their potential, so they can achieve anything they want in life. Then I help them create that vision for the future. And I’m accredited by the ICF (International Coaching Federation).

I am fascinated about how the mind and body works, especially how they work together. Our thoughts affect our body and our body affects our thoughts. I wish to inspire you to have the courage to look at all aspects of your life and truly get real with yourself.
