Ingredients:
1 egg
1/3 cup cottage cheese
3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
2-3 tbsp sweetener (I used allulose)
1 serving sugar free chocolate chips
Optional:
1 tbsp Peanut butter

How to make it:
1. Blend all ingredients except the peanut butter & chocolate chips.
2. Pour into a greased dish. Stir in your chocolate chips.
3. Microwave for 1.5 to 2 minutes.
4. Drizzle your peanut butter on top and enjoy!

Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Blend the above ingredients and pour onto a lined cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes depending. 40 minutes makes it a little crispier.

The edges were much crispier than the center, but it was still amazing! 👏
