Deeply Inspired by the Schools he attended in Rishikesh-India and some of his most beloved Masters: Sadhguru and Mooji

Samuel is an experienced Yoga Teacher based in Luxembourg, known for his integrative approach that combines Yoga with the Non-Dualistic philosophy of Advaita Vedanta.

His teaching emphasizes not just physical postures but also spiritual exploration, aiming to guide students toward self-realization.

What Awaits You:
An All Level Yoga Class rooted in Hatha Yoga which incorporates elements from various traditions and Styles; including Asana -physical practice, pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditative practices.

A typical session may start with a short Satsang—a philosophical discussion—followed by asana sequences designed to internalize attention and cultivate inward awareness. The practice culminates in Shavasana, where students are guided toward experiencing purer forms of consciousness beyond Conceptual Thought.

Whether you’re new to yoga or seeking a deeper spiritual practice, Samuel offers a comprehensive approach that integrates physical discipline with philosophical inquiry.

What a 90 min Yoga Class may includes:
-Guided Asana Practice: Rooted in Hatha Yoga, suitable for all levels
-Pranayama & Kriya Techniques: Cleanse and energize your inner enviroment
