Siejhi's Yoga & Meditation Change starts within. My journey has been messy, challenging & difficult, but a strong constant continually presents itself: Grow & Learn.

The more I become aware of patterns & behaviors, the more power I hold to transform into the leader I want to be. In my opinion, change starts with me && I want to empower every woman to be their most authentic self every day.

I can't believe it's only been a year! So much has happened. I started in store at Merrick Park after a sabbatical of not knowing which direction to take in life. With support of a few friends (special s/o to ), I went to work for . What started out as a no, ended up being the best ride of my life. Thank you to everyone who has been on this journey with me, and of course thank you .logsdon & for being my fearless leaders!

For the past couple days I have listened to "RBG: Beyond Notorious."

It has given me a great deal of perspective on my life.

Notorious RBG -given name Ruth Bader Ginsberg- died September 18, 2020. She served as a justice on the Supreme Court of the United States for 27 years // after a 13 year law career.

She is famous for her dissents, and recognized as a lifelong trailblazer for human rights and female equality.

Ruth, thank you for living a life well lived >> one that a girl can be proud of & look up to.

May you rest in peace & in celebration — not only in honor of your accomplishments — but in honor of the path you paved for women and humans alike.
