Baby massage is back!
It’s been a while… and I’ve missed this space.

To the beautiful moms, dads, families I used to teach - how are all those sweet babies now? Teaching you was one of my favourite activities ever!

My 2 girls are in school already (I know!) except for “Lucy” pictured with me here, still just as she was, of course, as my baby massage doll!

Life took me on a journey of rebuilding: Back to “corporate” full time work, setting up a new life as a solo mum, and, most recently, welcoming a puppy into our family 🙂 🐶

And honestly? Massage (their growing feet!) 👣 at bedtime? This still today is my favourite way to connect with my girls after a busy day, and feeling like we hardly had any quality time together.

Now, I’m finally getting back to teaching baby massage 😊 With yoga-inspired serenity rituals for little ones and their grown-ups. 🧘‍♀️

I’ll be teaching at weekends with yogaloft Luxembourg’s : Follow there (insta) to see what’s coming up for expecting moms/parents, babies, toddlers & kids.

Our vision is to build a beautiful community and “nesting space” at the studios, especially for moms & babies… I can’t wait to reconnect.

Looking forward to teaching these workshops starting this Saturday! Come along with your little one for some relaxation and learn this wonderful practice! ⭐️

💫 The aim is to offer you a moment of relaxation with your baby together with insight into Indian-inspired baby massage practice and key strokes to learn and take home with you. We hope this workshop inspires you to continue your journey of baby massage.

This workshop will include the following:

💫 Introduction to traditional baby massage strokes and routine based on blend of Indian and Swedish massage and some simple foot reflexology strokes (focus on legs, feet, stomach).

💫 Practical approach and advice on positioning and environment for optimal, safe and comfortable practice

💫 Relaxation exercise for you

💫 Tips for remedial baby massage for colicky babies/digestive issues

💫 Introduction to four main areas of baby massage benefits (relaxation, bonding, development & stimulation, health & remedial strokes)

💫 Take-home handouts and a chance to meet other parents

Please bring a yoga mat and baby massage oil. You can purchase baby massage oil made from fractioned coconut oil at the studio for €32.

After this workshop, participants will:

💫 Be able to enjoy basic safe and effective baby massage strokes with their babies at home;

💫 Be aware of the natural healing powers at the tips of their fingers;

💫 Gain understanding into the key benefits of baby massage;

💫 Be able to begin their own relaxation rituals for stress relief;

💫 Gain a confidence boost in their own ability to naturally soothe, support and connect with their babies

💫 Feel energized!

Welcome to Serenity Cocoon Baby Massage & Baby Yoga!

Hi and welcome to Serenity Cocoon Baby Massage & Baby Yoga! “Serenity Cocoon” is about you and your baby; offering you the time and space to tune into one another and enjoy moments of unique connection, relaxation (massage), play and fun (yoga). Having experienced this first hand with my own two children, I would LOVE teach you some baby massage and/or baby yoga; practices that can benefit you both, bring you close together and can support your baby’s health and development.

This fb space is a way for me to “shout out” about all the great benefits of baby massage & baby yoga - practices that in some cultures are just a normal, automatic part of nurturing our newborns (and children), and always have been. But over here in Europe, we do not always learn baby massage (let alone yoga for our babies!) and, given the great benefits of massage & yoga, I’d like to help spread these practices more for our babies, here in Luxembourg. My aim is to start you and your baby on your own baby massage and baby yoga journeys!
