17 years ago, I started my journey... ✨

In 2004, I began a path of self-discovery and inner healing, never imagining it would become my career. Since then, opening my studio, teaching, and accompanying beautiful souls through their emotional journeys has been my absolute passion.

But let’s be honest: It wasn’t always easy.

I struggled to find the right approach to promote myself and carve my own path in the healing industry. Trust me, I know how overwhelmed and, above all, how lonely this road can feel.

🌱 The Truth: No matter what your project is, entrepreneurship is an inner journey. It brings up emotions, self-doubt, and uncertainty.

That is why I am offering my hand to hold yours.

I want to help you navigate this path with tools to overcome uncertainty and plan from a gentler, more compassionate perspective.

When the mind is full of ideas, thoughts, and noise, we need to come back to the body allowing all the energy from those thoughts to be integrated in our body.

When you take the time to bring your attention back into your body, you immediately calm your mind and if you do it in nature you connect with true essence of life.

Just for today ground yourself to calm your mind if you choose it! ❤️
