Yoga offers a simple way to reduce stress through physical and mental detoxing techniques – guiding the way to achieve good health, harmony, inner peace and spiritual development. The classes we offer are based on Hatha (physical) yoga, the ancient form of movement that promotes balance, flexibility, strength and relaxation through various postures (asanas) and breathing techniques. Providing tools for everyday stress, these interdisciplinary classes will aid students to clear the mind, improve concentration, enhance their overall well being, and experience inner peace.

Jennifer Crisman's bio:
In 2001 I discovered my passion for yoga while living in New York City. It was a natural transition from my first love ~ ballet and jazz. I've practiced many different styles such as Jivamukti, Ashtanga, Yin, and Vinyasa Flow. I completed my yoga teacher training at the Sivananda Vedanta Ashram Neyyar Dam in southern India. Living, breathing, meditating and deepening my knowledge of this ancient practice in its birthplace of India was riveting. I love learning and expanding my passion for yoga and regularly attend workshops and conferences with teachers from all over the world. I believe that the mind-body-breath connection that we learn on the yoga mat can be applied to every moment in life. By this we live a fuller life with greater happiness and awareness.
