WHY we test regularly💡
To track strength, motion & control. Because hitting function milestones means safer progress and fewer setbacks.

💎 At 8 weeks post - ACL surgery you should be working toward:
* Full knee extension & minimal swelling
* Range of motion in flexion close to the unaffected leg
* Strong quad control
* Walking and stairs with good form
* Starting single leg & balance drills

Regular testing = smarter rehab, less guesswork 🎯

💙 Our thoughts are with world-renowned physiotherapist Val Jones, who was recently injured in a car accident and now faces a challenging rehabilitation journey.

Val has always been a source of knowledge, inspiration, and kindness to our profession. We were honored to welcome her in Riga,Latvia 🇱🇻 this January, where she shared her expertise on elbow joint rehabilitation and left a lasting impact on our community.

Let’s stand together as a physiotherapy family — to support Val in her recovery and share the encouragement and gratitude for everything she has given to our profession 📚🌎
