Melatonin hormone
Melatonin is secreted by the pineal gland that helps maintain the daily rhythm, such as sleep.
Melatonin levels tend to rise from evening to late at night and shrink early in the morning So, when you sleep in a dark room, your melatonin levels will rise and your body temperature will drop.
Growth hormone is released, helping the body to heal, improves body composition, helps build fat-free muscles, and increases bone density.
But because of the interruption of the daily rhythm, many of you do not get enough sleep or darkness required to help the body heal.
✅This increases the stress, eventually leading to many diseases including weight gain caused by inflammation.
How can we maintain levels of melatonin?
💡 Sleep in a dark room.
💡 Do not eat late at night.
💡7-8 hours of sleep
What foods promote melatonin secretion?
💡 berries, almonds, cherries, cardamom, coriander, sunflower seeds
They contain melatonin.
