A 45-year-old Male patient come to our clinic complaining from night pain in the lower left back area
The final diagnosis was
* “ irreversable pulpitis in lower left 1st molar
The treatment steps were :
Isolation
Remove caries and access cavity
Cleaning & Shaping
Final irrigation protocol was :
sodium hypochlorite
5 ml for each canal
Activation
separation by “ normal saline “
EDTA17%
Obturation by lateral compaction technique
