نبــــــــذة تعــريـــفية مخـــــتصرة عن ســــــفراء التغــــــيير :-
تـأسـس فــريق عــمل ســفـراء التغـــــيير في 21 / مايو لسنة 2014، بمســانـــدة ومســـــاعدة ) جمعية شباب ليبيا للعمل الإجتماعي والتطوعي ) و بتمويل من ( فريق المبـادرة المـدنية الليبية ) ,حيث أن الهدف الاساسى لهذا المشروع هو تمكين الاشخاص ذوي الاعاقه الحركية فى مجال العمل و تأهيلهم وظيفيا و اجتماعيا من خلال مجموعه

من الدروات التدريبية.
لماذا سفراء التغيير :
نظرا لضعف البنية التحتية في ليبيا و قلة وجود اماكن تعليم وتدريب تتناسب وذوى الاعاقة الحركية مما أدى الي عرقلة الحياة العلمية والتقليل من فرص العمل لهم من هنا بدأ العمل علي توفير المكان المناسب لهذه الفئة وتوفير بيئة تدريبية متكاملة , ليثبت هؤلاء الاشخاص كفاءتهم في التعلم والعمل في حال توفرت لهم الفرص التي تتناسب واعاقتهم الحركية.
رسالتنا :
إعداد هذه الفئة للمشاركة الإيجابية في التنمية بالدولة، ليكونوا أفراداً منتجين.
نسعى من خلال نتائج هذا المشروع في دورته الاولى لتقديم اعمال تشهد لنا بالقدرة علي العمل .
نعمل علي اتاحة فرص تدريبية بجودة عالية لذوى اعاقة اخرين بزيادة الاماكن المناسب لهم .


الاهداف:
-1- زيادة فرص العمل لذوى الاعاقة الحركية المؤهلين.
-2- توفير التكامل المكاني بما يتناسب والاعاقات الحركية في المؤسسات التعليمية ومؤسسات العامة الحكومية والخاصة .
-3- التكامل الوظيفي و يعني اشراك المعاقين حركيا في الوظائف وبالتالي المشاركة في بناء ليبيا .
-4-التكامل الاجتماعي ويشير إلى اشتراك المعاقين في الأنشطة التطوعية والاجتماعية واثبات قدرتهم علي تحمل المسؤولية اتجاه الاخرين في المجتمع.
-5- تلبية الطموحات العلمية لمن منعته ظروف الاعاقة الحركية من مواصلة رحلته العلمية، الأمر الذي يساعد على
-6 توفير الفرص المتكافئة لتعليم المعاقين في المدارس والجامعات بما يتناسب مع احتياجاتهم وقدراتهم مما يسهم في تعديل وعي الناس إيجابياً تجاه هذه الفئة من المجتمع ، وهو ما سيؤدي إلى التقليل من الفوارق الاجتماعية من خلال استيعابهم مع المجتمع. Ambassadors of Change, A group of People with physical disability Selected by Libya Youth Association in cooperation with Civil Initiative Libya within the project of empowering people with disability in the field of work , where this project aimed to develop and refine our skills through intensive trainings in various fields , for us to contribute building Libya like others . why Ambassadors Change Project was initiated :
As a result of neglect and marginalization of people with disability from the community and government with lack of accessibility in public and different institutions , as well as other obstacles that handicapped people with disability from completing their education subsequently leading to difficulty in employment , therefore people with disability considered to have low income among the society . In addition to lack of community awareness of the rights of people with disability which led to improper communication with them . Therefore the Ambassadors of Change project commenced to increase efficiency of disabled people by training which will increase their employment opportunities, Ambassadors of Change aims to raise awareness about the necessity of accessibility for PWD in order for them to complete their education and occupy different careers . Our vision:
Country for everyone and by everyone because People with disability are integral part of the society in rights and duties. Our mission:
Through the results of this project in its first edition we seek to prove that disability is not a barrier by delivering high quality works that proves our ability to operate efficiently. Encourage others of persons with disability to get out and merge within the society and claim their right to live without discrimination . Accessibility to Governmental institutions (universities , schools and other service institution ) according to needs and abilities of people with disability .
2. To Work on the implementation of provisions of UN Convention on the Rights People with disability (CRPD), which Libya is obliged to implement and claim to activate Libyan Laws in this regard.
3. Creating equal employment opportunities and elimination of discrimination against people with disability , in addition to overcoming difficulties that they face so that they can contribute in building Libya economy .
4. Promote and disseminate cultural awareness about rights of people with disability
5. To help realizing scientific Ambition to those whom disability prevented them from continuing their education .

تنويه :- ســفراء التغــيير ليس لـديهم أي تـوجه سـياسي أو حـزبي إنما هم أفراد مسـتقـلّين , بــل توجهم وهدفهم المشـاركة فى بناء لــيبيـا الجــديــدة ، وايجاد الحلول لبعض المشاكل التي تــواجه الأشخاص ذوى الإعاقة وايصال صوتهم للجهات المختصة
