Today I managed an exceptional case of a maxillary second premolar exhibiting an uncommon anatomical variation:
🦷 Three distinct roots
🦷 Three completely separate root canals

This rare morphology required careful diagnosis, , canal negotiation, and shaping, with special attention to identifying all canal orifices to ensure complete debridement and proper obturation.

Such cases remind us of the importance of:

✔️ Maintaining precision in canal instrumentation and irrigation

اشتغلنا اليوم حالة نادرة لضاحك علوي ثاني (Upper Second Premolar) يتميّز بوجود ثلاثة جذور و ثلاث قنوات منفصلة، وهي من التشريحات اللي نواجهها بنسبة قليلة لكنها تحتاج دقة عالية في التشخيص والعلاج.

تم التعرف على التفرعات الجذرية من خلال التصوير الشعاعي وتأكيدها أثناء الـ exploration داخل الحفرة والوصول للقنوات الثلاث بشكل منفصل، مع إجراء cleaning, shaping & obturation لكل قناة بطريقة آمنة لضمان أفضل نتيجة علاجية.

هذه الأنواع من الحالات تؤكد أهمية:
