Teaching children how to breathe well is one of the simplest gifts we can give for lifelong health.
This Box Breathing exercise helps kids: ✔️ Calm big emotions
✔️ Focus better in school
✔️ Feel safe when anxious or overwhelmed
✔️ Support heart and brain health
🟦 How to teach it to kids (make it fun!):
Tell them to imagine drawing a box in the air ✨
➡️ Breathe in for 4 seconds
✋ Hold for 4 seconds
⬅️ Breathe out for 4 seconds
✋ Hold for 4 seconds
Repeat 3–5 times 🌊
Perfect for: • Before exams or performances
• During tantrums or meltdowns
• Before bedtime
• After screen time
