Manifestation is not about ‘I want’, it’s about ‘I will’.

Will /wil/ noun: 1. the faculty by which a person decides on and initiates action.

So many people are waiting for the universe to do the work for them. But no one else, no higher power, can walk your path for you. You must take the step; all the universe can do is light the way.

Manifestation has become a buzzword, and the misconception that manifestation means just sitting back and waiting for things to happen, simply because you want them to, has become widely held.

To want something is to lack it, to always be chasing it. To will something is to not only know that it is inevitable, but also to take it into your power and make it happen.

This is what manifestation really means: to take action in the name of making your goals and desires your reality.

Last week in the self-development group, I held a live workshop on setting intentions, using a little exercise tool I dreamed up which I’ve called the ‘pyramid of focused intention’.

We focused on manifesting in the name of our holistic wellbeing, and looked at how to make sure we embody our intention in our thoughts, emotions and actions in order to manifest our desired reality. The group is free to join for the rest of the month, so if you’d like to watch the replay of the live workshop, please feel free to request to join the group.

I’m sharing this as a reminder that manifestation is not just a buzzword. Yes, it relies on faith (in yourself and in the universe), but it also relies on receptivity, intention and action.

Manifestation is possible, is reality, because you choose to make it so.

Have faith in yourself. Trust in your power to create your own reality. Choose to manifest actionably. ✨

Today I affirm:

🍃Every day I become a more authentic version of myself.

🍃Every day I discover a new aspect of myself to love unconditionally.

🍃Each new day allows me to experience more joy than the last.

🌻 What parts of yourself do you dilute for the comfort of others?

🌻 Which aspects of your joy do you dim to preserve outdated notions of modesty or humility?

🌻 What parts of yourself are not receiving the unconditional love they deserve, simply because you were told they weren’t loveable?

When we’ve been taught negative self-perception a little at a time, it can be difficult to let it go all at once.

But you don’t have to.

Instead, you can choose to let it go a little at a time.

Let go of expectations. Reject societal norms. Deny any and all restrictions that aren’t serving you in the highest and best. Live freely. Love unconditionally. Be authentically you.

But do it at a pace that you’re comfortable with.

There’s no one right way to learn to embrace yourself. There’s no one right method of self love.

This is your journey. And every day you live it more authentically than the last.🍃

With the use of calming mental imagery and vibrant visualisations of nature, this short meditation video leads you through an exercise which will allow you to plant and grow the seeds of self-love in a place of peace and tranquillity in the mind.

As an Angelic Reiki Master, I often work with Ascended masters as a tool for channelling energy and guiding healing processes, and in this meditation, we will be working with Lady Gaia (also known as Mother Earth or the Earth Spirit).

New!🌻 This short guided meditation video leads you through grounding and aligning the seven major chakras within the body (the root chakra, the sacral chakra, the solar plexus, the heart chakra, the throat chakra, the third eye and the crown chakra).

The meditation starts (and ends) with grounding exercises in order to help you find clarity and focus, as well as to establish a connection with the earth. Then, you will be lead through clearing and aligning each of the chakras in turn, from the root up, in order to remove blockages from each of the energy points and to allow you to feel more centred within yourself.

When you feel lost, or unsure of your place in the world, remember that often we can only see one small part of the picture.

Each of the obstacles we face and lessons we must learn can seem difficult and unappealing like a rock obstructing a bed of smooth sand.

But when we pull back and look at the bigger picture, we can see how each of those individuals lessons have come together to create us in all of our complicated beauty.

Our place in the world is the same. When I look at this picture, I see how all of these seemingly insignificant parts comes together as a whole, and it reminds me that, not only is the person I am created in the same way, but so too is the world. None of us are insignificant, because we are a part of a bigger, more beautiful whole, and the picture would be incomplete if we did not all contribute in our own way.🌸

Inner-Truth Affirmations Guided Meditation, available on YouTube (link below). This is a short guided meditation which takes you through 20 affirmations to help you rediscover your self-worth and speak your inner truth.

It’s recommended that you follow these affirmations every day for 21 days to really start making changes to your unconscious beliefs and thought forms.

If you have a spare 10 minutes where you can relax and and focus your mind on positive intent, then this is a wonderful way to centre yourself and clear emotional blocks from your Body, Mind and Soul.

Being kind to ourselves doesn’t always come naturally, and the way in which we view ourselves often varies depending on personal experiences, past trauma and learnt behaviour.

A lot of people think that should be this perfect journey, and that once you have it, you’re set for life. But, in truth, self love is a skill like any other, and it needs to be worked at and maintained, otherwise we fall out of practice with it.

Whether you’re new to loving yourself or not, on those days when it seems just that little bit harder than others to get in that positive head space and deal with a situation, ask yourself: “What would someone who DOES love themselves do?”

The answer might not always seem straight forward at first, but I’d say some great points to remember would be to:

🌻 Honour your boundaries
🌻 Respect your decisions and right to say “No.”
🌻 Put your relationship with yourself first
🌻 Take care of your body’s needs, such as by drinking water and getting fresh air as often as you feel able
🌻 Allow yourself to have sleep and rest without feeling guilt or shame
🌻 Know that you are worthy and deserving of love, care and attention
🌻 Honour your voice and your truth
🌻 Understand that your worth is not measured by popularity, productivity or the proportions of your body
🌻 Invest your time in the things that make you happy

Above all, remember this: Life is not a race, and neither is self-love. Enjoy the journey, value the ups and downs, and always honour your emotions, because you are always worthy of time and respect at every stage of your life.🌻

Where did we ever get the idea that two steps forward and one step back is a negative process?

Every step you take, no matter in which direction, is another step in your development and has made you who you are.

Those steps ‘backwards’ aren’t a failure, they’re a necessary part of your success; some of the best things in life are discovered by retracing your steps.

Don’t be ashamed of your steps, claim them with pride for how far you’ve come and how much you have learned along the way. Travel your path at your own pace, and know what is meant for you will meet you on your journey in Divine timing.🌻

Know you are worthy of love, happiness and joy in abundance. I hope they find you today, and everyday. 💛💫✨

This short meditation video leads you through twenty simple affirmations which will promote open self expression, accessing your inner truth, and allowing you the ability to recognise your own self worth.

Knowing that not everyone has time to sit down for thirty minutes and fully immerse themselves in a meditation experience, this video was designed to be short so that it can be utilised in any spare 10 minute period you have throughout the day.

Affirmations are an important tool for self healing, as repeating positive beliefs changes your unconscious mind to a positive state over time, helping you to release old patterns and negative thought forms.

I would recommend that you play this video at least once a day for 21 days in order to really start making changes to your unconscious belief systems. Try to say each affirmation (either out loud or in your head) with conviction; speak as if you know they are undeniable facts, as this will help your unconscious to accept these affirmations as truth.
