We’re two weeks into the New Year and the “all or nothing” mindset is crushing your progress. If you haven’t nailed all your New Year’s resolutions, it’s OK. We’re in it for the long run not for the hype of the New Year.
Our kids will have sick days. The school has ped days. Big deadlines will happen at work.
Some weeks we will manage 5 workouts, some weeks we will manage 2. The goal is not to get caught up in the all or nothing mentality. This puts unnecessary pressure on what should be enjoyable.
