❌Emotional eating isn’t about your willpower, it’s your body trying to soothe an emotion. The good news? With the right strategies, you can take back control and feel at peace with food again. 💫

➡️But first, you have to be willing to meet yourself with grace right where you are in order to effect change

😨You have to get super honest with yourself if you really are hungry or wanna use food to numb an unpleasant emotion (we all have them, hello 👋🏻)

Then redirect to something else that can help regulate your emotions:

- Write down how you feel
- Take a short walk or
- Do a short breathing exercise

Also make sure that your fridge/pantry is set up for your success

- Stock up on nourishing foods
- Don’t keep trigger foods on hand
- Practice self care all day

The good news? With the right strategies, you can take back control and feel at peace with food again. 💫

🚨 These are the fitness lies that keep women stuck, frustrated, and cycling through diets.

and to be honest, I believed almost every single one of them at one point. I wasted YEARS:

➡️ Cutting carbs and then binging on weekends.

➡️ Forcing myself to do endless cardio that left me drained.

➡️ Eating less and less until I felt tired, moody, and “stuck.”

Here’s the truth you need to know:

✨ Lifting weights makes you sculpted, not bulky.

✨ Carbs fuel your energy and hormones + they’re super delicious

✨ Strength training + nutrition is the ultimate fat loss combo.

✨ Fat loss happens overall, you don’t get to choose any one body part.

✨Let’s talk about the nutrition mistakes I see all the time… and what to do instead 👇

When it comes to weight loss, most women think they need to eat less, cut out everything they love, and live on “diet” snacks.

The truth? These common mistakes are exactly what’s keeping you stuck.

👉Here are 3 I see ALL the time:

1️⃣ Skipping meals to “save calories” - this leads to more hunger and overeating later.

2️⃣ Cutting out entire food groups - it slows your metabolism and makes you feel deprived.

3️⃣ Living on diet foods - they keep you craving instead of feeling satisfied.

Instead, aim for balanced meals with protein, healthy fats, and carbs… and ditch the all-or-nothing mindset.

⚡ Hard truth: Sometimes what you need to hear the most is also the thing you don’t want to hear.

You keep trying another diet, another “quick fix,” another 30-day plan… hoping THIS time will be different. But deep down, you know it’s not working.

When I first started, I believed the only way to “make it” was to go all in — cut out everything I loved, work out every day, and never miss a beat.

Spoiler: that only led to burnout and frustration.

Over the years, I’ve learned that lasting change is built on:

✨ Habits that actually fit your life

✨ Food freedom (yes, you can have carbs!)

👉If your goal is to be able to lose weight successfully, it is important that you look at your situation objectively and identify ways you might have been sabotaging yourself

Looking for quick fixes is a very common one because you end up gaining the weight back but are able to tell any one who cares to listen that you did put in effort, it just so happens it just didn't work for you 🤷‍♀️

Another common way of self sabotaging is setting unachievable goals, (like losing 50lbs in one month), when you do fail, it's gonna be a "confirmation" that weight loss is "impossible"
