This policy has been carried on and so let us comply with it. It is a way of maintaining good health and smoke-free environment within Camiguin.

Be reminded of these dates and laws:

2020: The provincial government of Camiguin enacted the Camiguin Comprehensive Anti-Smoking Ordinance of 2020 to control smoking in public places.

July 2022: The Republic Act No. 11900 (V**e Regulation Law) became law, regulating the use, sale, and promotion of e-cigarettes and heated to***co products at a national level, complementing Camiguin's existing ordinance.

April 2024: The provincial government and Provincial Health Department reiterated its commitment to strict enforcement of the 2020 ordinance and the national v**e law.

Let us join the Provincial Government (all personnel and employees) in the the coastal clean-up scheduled today, September 19, 2025 at 2:00 P. M. - an event where workers and volunteers collect and record garbage from beaches to 1) protect the environment - protect marine life and keep the ecosystem healthy, 2) collect data, 3) raise public awareness, and 4) promote community engagement.
