First run of the year! It’s cold and rainy outside, so I opted for a treadmill run. They are so devastatingly boring, but also, no hills! 🙌🏼 Here’s to another year of making my health a priority. Each year looks a little different, and that’s ok. Health is a journey. 💪🏼

Took mom and the girls to Main Street on St. Charles to visit some of our favorite local shops and enjoy the Christmas festivities. It was lovely. 🥰

Today has been a good day. It started with discovering that my kitchen sink leaked through the night and then spilling my coffee all over my mail. But then I put on my favorite oils, taught a yoga class, hugged my people, had breakfast with a dear friend, then had lunch with two other dear friends while our puppies played. I even got to hold a brand new puppy! Not all days are like this, in fact, most aren’t, but I’ll soak it up while I can. ☀️ Life can be so hard. But it can also be so beautiful. 🖤✌🏼
