☝🏾I WANTED TO BRING YOU GUYS SOMETHING THAT WOULD BE LOW IMPACT WHERE YOU WON'T HAVE TO DO ANY JUMPING Or FAST TWITCH MOVEMENTS. IN THIS 30 MIN LOW IMPACT FULL BODY CIRCUT HIIT WORKOUT [NO JUMPING] | NO EQUIPMENT, THE FOCUS IS JUST GETTING THE BODY MOVING AND CONTRACTING THE MUSCLE. THERE WILL BE 6 ROUNDS OF VARIOUS MOVEMENTS THAT IMPACT THE LOWER BODY, CORE AND UPPER BODY. SOME OF THE MOVEMENTS WILL RANGE FROM 1 MIN TO 30 SECS. ITS TIME TO GO ALL THE WAY UP. 👆🏾🧠💪🏾
