WE HSVE THE GOBLET SQUAT, DEADLIFT, SPLIT SQUAT, STIFF LEG DEADLIFTS, REVERSE LUNGES, AND STEP UPS. ALL OF THESE MOVEMENTS PUT DIRECT PRESSURE ON YOUR QUADS AND HAMSTRINGS TO ACTIVATE AND BE ENGAGED DIRECTLY.
