THIS ☝🏼☝🏼☝🏼 is one of the main reasons why proactively managing your moods is so important. The benefits will shift you from the negative to the positive spiral. So many days wasted on going from a tiny irritability to full blown overwhelm and disappointment. It’s not easy to put in place the routines and protocols to avoid the negative spiral but it’s worth it.

My experience with the negative spiral is: at first it’s a bad afternoon, then a bad week, then a bad month, then “why did I spend my year ruminating and NOT enjoying the good things in my life”. I’ve also experienced the incredible benefits of the little shifts one can make to stop the spiral: sleep, good food, good close community, supplement where appropriate, workout, sun exposure.
