حالة أخرى لعملية جراحية يتم خلالها استبدال الورك الطبيعي بجهاز مفصلي اصطناعي للسماح للمريض بالمشي وأداء مهماته بشكل طبيعي تقريبا.

Fixation de l’articulation de la hanche gauche depuis 12 ans sur ancienne arthrose , le patient utilisait sa colonne lombosacrée pour plier son bassin et lui permettre de s’asseoir et de plier son genou gauche , réalisation d’une prothèse de la hanche lui permettant après deux mois d’utiliser sa hanche pour faire ses gestes habituels.

سلمى ضحية حادث خطير مع كسر في الحوض، وتلف معقد في الغضروف ، وكسر في صفيحة الساق، وتمزق في الرباط المتقاطع الأمامي لركبتها اليمنى. بعد 8 أسابيع من الحادث، بدأت الركبة في التحرك بصورة كاملة بمساعدة كرسي. أجرينا أولاً تنظيفًا لركبتها تحت المنظار، مع استئصال للغضروف الممزق الذي لا يمكن خياطته، وكذلك تحرير المفصل وخياطة الرباط الداخلي وجلسة تأهيل بعد الجراحة، ثم أخيرًا إجراء عملية لزراعة الرباط تحت المنظار مع هذا النتيجة المشجعة بعد شهرين.

Salma victime d’un accident grave avec ,fracture bassin ,lésion complexe du ménisque ,fracture plateau tibial et rupture du ligament croisé antérieur de son genou droit ,après 8 semaines de l’accident genou totalement raide se mobilise à l’aide d’une chaise ,nous avons d’abord réalisé sous arthroscopie un nettoyage de son genou ,exérèse du ménisque déchiqueté impossible de le suturer ,arthrolyse suture ligamentaire interne mobilisation et rééducation postopératoire puis finalement Ligamentoplastie sous arthroscopie avec ce résultat encourageant après deux mois .
