The Wolf Full Moon is often seen as a powerful time for letting go of what no longer serves you. Tonight’s full moon is also a super moon so the energy is especially strong for release and renewal. Here are some gentle practices you might consider:

💫 Reflect & Journal
• Write down habits, thoughts, or emotions you’re ready to release.
• Be honest with yourself—naming them is the first step to letting them go.

💫 Burn or Bury Ritual
• Safely burn the paper you wrote on (in a fireproof dish or outside) or bury it in the earth.
• This symbolizes transformation and returning those energies to nature.

💫 Meditation Under the Moonlight
• Sit quietly under the moon, breathe deeply, and visualize the things you’re releasing dissolving into the light.
• Imagine yourself letting go and feeling lighter

💫 Cleansing with Water
• Take a bath or shower with the intention of washing away old energy.
• You can add salt, herbs, or essential oils for extra symbolism.

Tonight’s Blood Moon is a powerful one. Here are some ideas for a release & renewal ritual

1. Cleanse Your Space
Light your sage or incense and walk around your space to clear stagnant energy. Say aloud:
“I release what no longer serves me. I welcome clarity and peace.”

2. Set Your Intention
Write down what you want to release—old habits, fears, relationships, or limiting beliefs. Be honest and specific.

3. Moonlight Meditation
Sit under the moonlight (or near a window). Light your candle and focus on the flame. Visualize the red moon bathing you in healing light. Breathe deeply and feel your energy shift.

4. Burn & Release
Carefully burn the paper with your release list (in a safe dish). As the smoke rises, say:
“I let go. I am free. I welcome transformation.”

5. Charge Your Water
Leave a jar of water under the moonlight. This “Blood Moon Water” can be used later for cleansing rituals or added to a bath for spiritual renewal 💫
