Classes are specifically built to access muscles that are tight due to box trainings - chest,hips,hamstring. Not only strengthen whole body and improve balance but teach patient and control over your mind.

🥊ANNOUNCEMENT🥊 I’ll be teaching YOGA FOR SPORTS in every TUESDAY and THURSDAY at 6.30am (members only and early birds only 🙃) So if you’re a member and you want to start your day in a new way join me! Sessions will focus on stretching,strengthening and restarting both muscles and the mind!

Stress is a very fertile ground for many physical and mental ailments.
Scientists proved (and still researching) that yoga can help improve mood and emotional regulation and I can prove that you can do that without om-ing.

I offer modern classes for those who want to connect with their mind , forget about problems and get rid off unwanted emotions that are creeping our bodies adding a little bit of flexibility to everyday life🤸‍♀️

TUESDAY 1PM - slow gentle flow
WEDNESDAY 8PM - power hour
