Let me introduce you to the beauty of Kundalini yoga practice 🙏🏻

It entails the utilization of chanting, singing, breathing techniques, and repetitive postures to stimulate Kundalini energy, also known as shakti, located at the base of the spine.

The primary objective of this yoga practice is to elevate consciousness and overcome the ego, which is why it's also referred to as the « yoga of awareness. »

I will guide through the different yoga posture to activate the Kundalini energy within you ✨

🥚Walk in the right relationships with the spirit of the land and a heart opening cacao ceremony
🥚Cultivate the deep sense of peace and harmony that you receive from spiritual grounding and authentic connection with the earth
🥚This journey takes 5 hours and a half, we will leave Monaco and go 25 mins into the back country

Checking in with yourself and assessing your needs helps you to pour into yourself so that you can pour into others. Oftentimes, we check on those around us but neglect ourselves. It’s beneficial because it can improve your mood, your energy, your relationships with others, and your productivity.
