Ayurveda is a major healing mechanism for myself and all humanity, words cannot describe the gift of Ayurveda. You must endure the process of Ayurveda and what it can really do in each individual. A daily physical plan may be encouraged which may include yoga, meditation. Your health history will help with my choice of recommended therapies which may include massages, chiropractic care, infrared red heat, acupuncture, water therapy and Ayurvedic Enemas also called “Basti” in Indian sanskirt.
