Job Title: Part-Time Marketing and Business Development Specialist (Healthcare)
Contract Duration: 3 Months (with potential for renewal)
Work Hours: 15-20 hours per week

JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing and Business Development Specialist with a background in the healthcare or hospital industry to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our wellness and aesthetic services, driving sales growth, and effectively marketing our new member card program.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY
Strategy Development
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to both wellness and aesthetic services.
• Create annual marketing plans, including budgeting and forecasting, to ensure the effective allocation of resources.
• Create a promotional plan for the member card program to increase customer loyalty and retention.
Market Research
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and potential areas for clinic expansion.
• Analyze competitor strategies and market positioning.
Digital Marketing
• Understand the of performance of traditional and digital marketing channels
• Manage online campaigns, including social media, email marketing etc.
• Develop and execute content strategies to engage and attract potential clients.
Partnership Development
• Establish partnerships with local businesses, gyms, and other healthcare providers to drive referrals and collaborations.
• Identify and pursue sponsorship and event opportunities to promote the clinic.
Sales Growth
• Develop and execute targeted sales campaigns to increase patient bookings and service utilization.
• Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve sales targets.
• Analyze sales data and feedback to refine marketing strategies and improve sales performance.
Lead the team
• Set clear goals and objectives for the team and provide lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
Customer Engagement
• Design and implement customer engagement initiatives, including loyalty programs, referral programs, and patient feedback systems.
• Provide training and support to clinic staff to ensure consistent messaging and high-quality patient interactions.
QUALIFICATION
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in marketing or business development within the healthcare or hospital industry.
Strong understanding of wellness and aesthetic markets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Creative thinker with a results-oriented approach.
