Tooth prep က အရေးကြီးပါတယ် .... Technician က Wax up လှအောင် လုပ်ထားပေးတယ်.... Wax up ရောက်လာလို့ Putty Template နဲ့ Patient mouth ထဲ မှာ Mock up လုပ်ကြည့် လိုက်တော့လဲ လှတယ် ....
ဒါပေမယ့် Tooth preparation လုပ်ပြီးသွားတော့မှ ... wax up and mock up နဲ့ အနီးစပ်ဆုံး Result ကို Final veneer မှာ မရဘူးဆိုတာ .... Tooth preparation နဲ့ အများကြီး ဆိုင်ပါတယ် ...
အဲ့တာကြောင့် ဒီတစ်ခေါက် Tooth preparation ကို ပြင်းပြင်းထန်ထန် ပိုသင်ဖို့ လုပ်ထားပါတယ် 😄

2️⃣နောက်တစ်ခုက 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 ... ကျွန်တော်ကို Veneer case တွေကို discuss လာလုပ်တဲ့ တစ်ချို့ cases တွေ ကြည့်တဲ့ အခါမှာ Impression ပိုင်းမှာလဲ လိုအပ်နေတာလဲ တွေ့ရပါတယ် .... Tooth prep ကောင်းအောင် လုပ်ထား ပြီး Impression မကောင်း ရင်လဲ ... Result အရမ်းကြီးမကောင်းနိုင်ပါဘူး ....
အဲ့တော့ Impression ပတ်သက်တဲ့ 𝐒𝐎𝐅𝐓 𝐓𝐈𝐒𝐒𝐔𝐄 𝐌𝐀𝐍𝐀𝐆𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓 အကြောင်းကို အသေးစိတ် ပြောပြပေးသွားပါမယ်...

3️⃣နောက်ထပ်တစ်ခု လိုအပ်နေတာ တွေ့တာက 𝐄𝐬𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐂𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐧 𝐋𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠... Veneer လုပ် တဲ့ အခါ Esthetic Crown Lengthening ရှောင် ဖို့ က ခက်ပါတယ်...
တစ်ချို့ case တွေ မှာ crown lengthening မလုပ်ရင် မလှနိုင်ဘူး....
အဲ့တော့ ဒီတစ်ခေါက် Esthetics crown lengthening နဲ့ ပတ်သက်တာကို ဘယ်လိုအချိန်မှာ Gingivectomy ပဲလုပ်ရမယ် .... ဘယ်လို အချိန် မှာ Gingivectomy + Osteotomy ပါ လုပ်ရမယ် ဆိုတာကို ... clinic case တွေနဲ့ အတူသေချာ ပြောပြပေးပါမယ်...
