Real case scenario~crd to owner
A 34-year-old male experienced chest pain after drinking alcohol. After receiving the first ECG at an outside hospital, he was transferred to the emergency department at the hospital.
Upon arrival at the ED, the second ECG was taken. The third ECG, a right-sided ECG, was done.
What’s your diagnosis based on the first two ECGs, and what’s the issue with the third ECG?
