Dear colleagues,

We are cordially inviting you to the 10th APASL Single Topic Conference with the theme “HCV and Co-infections”, which will be held from 7-9 September 2012 in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. Recently, there is a breakthrough in genomic research of hepatitis and allow us to investigate the life cycle or intracellular circumstance of HCV production. Thus, several possible medicines have been established and both basic and clinical researches are now running. Indeed, there are still many unanswered questions and issues to be discussed. In the program we will talk about the epidemiology, basic and clinical research, and clinical management including the administration policy. Renowned experts will also be invited to share their clinical experience and latest research findings. Nevertheless, Mongolia as a country with high prevalence of hepatitis B and C, hepatocellular carcinoma, we will have some topics to cover other liver diseases. Let’s explore more in Mongolia not only the research data, but also beautiful landscape and the attractive history. President, 10th APASL STC
