Alam mo ba sis na may dalawang klase ng taba ang isang tao?

VISCERAL FATS - eto yung taba na nakapaligid sa ating abdominal organs deep inside ng ating katawan. Although hindi siya visible sa ating panlabas na anyo it can be associated with numerous disease mga sis. In fact kahit na may flat stomach ka pwede ka pa rin magkaroon ng visceral fats.

SUBCUTANEOUS FATS - kapag napipisil pa ang fat ibig sabhin nasa ilalim lng ng balat at madaling paliitin

Ako before I had so much visceral fats to the point na umabot na po sa loob ng aking uteros kaya naman need ko tlga magpapayat para po maging healthy at makapag concieved pa ako.
