女伯爵代表了一種外表剛強但內心柔弱的女性，而純白色也是一種擁有權力但選擇善良的人❤️

一直以來我沒有勇氣選擇白色，常常有覺得「容易污糟」的感覺，但當穿上了白色之後，我感覺原來這就是「選擇」的自由。

2024 年我寄望的一年：「我繼續選擇無條件地分享及以純潔善良的心做真正的自己。」

謝謝你讓我重拾了呢份信心❤️

This year has been a challenging year. Can’t believe I have already been doing the work that I have dreamt of.

“You get to do it anyway.” This has been the main difference between an employee and an entrepreneur. Taking my own responsibility doing what truly matters made me quit my job and took care of myself in a deeper level.

I can’t thank my team enough for their patience and support for my personal growth. What has changed over the years has been my ability to think BIG, take BOLD actions and make my own DECISIONS. No one can live my life for me.

It’s now or never. I am deeply grateful for all of these. Have faith in what you do. Leave no regrets but legacy!

Words can’t explain how grateful I am about how I live my day with an intention to do something that matters to myself and the world.

I have not been taking videos for a long while and I noticed I want to do it again. Not so much about sharing what I learned, but sharing how I feel. The reason why this is so important is that we tend to oppress our true feelings which may give us a hint about any solutions we are seeking in our day-to-day life.

I did turn away from my emotions and I could hardly feel them again until one day, I was guided to listen to my heart for answers I have been seeking outside of me.

This is funny to share because this is so simple that I believe you understand better than I do. Yet the magic is that we can understand each other because we have both been through this. I want this space to be sharing authentically who we truly are and share our gifts wholeheartedly with the world.

Today is not the same day as yesterday. Thank you for being here with me.

重來沒有這麼踏實地經歷每一天

創業路上每天的心情可以從一早醒來發現自己原來那麼多的不懂

然後後知後覺地覺得自己真的要好好補底

無知的自己，覺得收藏自己的弱點，可能使我更有勇氣地站出來。

其實我要證明給誰看呢？

我過去這幾個月一直沒有再度拍片
其實因為內心我開始選擇正視自己

這個過程真的非常不容易
太多的淚水掩蓋不住那只會呈現笑臉的我

留下傷痛給自己，只會讓自己的力量越來越少。

不斷地尋找，尋找尋找… 那重拾愛、自信的力量，其實一直就在心裡面。

每一次流淚，只因我再提起勇氣面對一切
感激一路相伴的同伴，永遠都有家人的支持，我覺得其實自己不缺什麼。

活在稀缺的心境，迷失了方向，反而覺得自己這樣活有點不值得。

當下就是放下執著最好的時機。
現在就是改變最早的時間。

能聆聽自己內心的聲音，也是一樣很寶貴的🎁
