我們非常榮幸邀請到香港分析心理學會(HKIAP)前主席李明沖醫生，以及日本的田中 理香博士為我們主講「分析心理學的實踐講座-來自亞洲的體會」。田中 理香博士將於2025年1月親自來到澳門為我們講課，歡迎閣位朋友踴躍參與！
We are very honoured to invite Dr. Marshall Lee, the Past President of Hong Kong Insititute of Analytical Psychology ((HKIAP), and Dr. Rika Tanaka from Japan to give lecture on the seminar ‘Seminar of Practicing Analytical Psychology - Experience from Asia’. 【講者介紹/ Introduction of the Seminar Lecturer】
| 李明冲醫生，香港醫學專科學院院士（精神科），國際心理分析學會（IAAP）榮格心理分析師，香港分析心理學會（HKIAP）
Dr. Marshall Lee, Fellow of the Hong Kong Academy of Medicine (Psychiatry), Jungian Analyst (HKIAP) , Hong Kong Insititute of Analytical Psychology (HKIAP)
李明冲醫生是一位精神科專科醫生，在香港私人執業並曾在雅麗氏何妙齡那打素醫院接受兒童和青少年精神病學訓練。李明冲醫生於2017年至2022年期間，擔任香港分析心理學會（HKIAP）主席。
Dr. Marshall Lee is a psychiatrist having private practice in Hong Kong with background training in child and adolescent psychiatry in Alice Ho Nethersole Hospital. He served as President of the Hong Kong Institute of Analytical Psychology from 2017 to 2022.

Rika Tanaka, MD, Jungian Analyst (AJAJ), AJA
田中 理香博士是一位精神科醫生，於私人精神科診所「Studio Rika Clinic」執業、日本榮格分析師協會（AJA）講師。從 2017 年起，與另外 2 位心理學家組成「Yellow tail labo」，提供線上講座和研討會，以動力學取向來建立心理健康團隊。近期，透過 podcast、Instagram及Facebook，談論了心理健康的不同面向，例如分析心理學、憂鬱症的過程以及治療的傳統面向。
Dr. Rika Tanaka is a psychiatrist at private Psychiatric clinic “ Studio Rika Clinic”, lecturer of AJA. From 2017, forms “Yellow tail labo” with 2 other Psychologists that provide online lectures and workshops for dynamic approach to build mental health team. Recently, by podcast Instagram, Facebook, talks about many aspects of mantal health, such as Analytical Psychology, process of depression, and traditional aspects of healing.

以下是田中 理香博士分享她對2025年1月3 日課堂的思考/ The following is Dr. Rika Tanaka’s sharing of her thought on January 3, 2025 Seminar:
“How can we use Analytical Psychology in Far East culture”
Dr. Rika Tanaka
Since 1995, I have returned to Japan from UK, that I have got IAAP membership,
I have always questioned to myself: how can I use my skill to Japanese patients.
In 1995, Japan was just after Hanshin Awaji earthquake, also Aum cult’s Tokyo subway sarin attack. It was the beginning of so called missing 30 years of Japanese economical development, and surely that was the starting point of decline of sense of happiness. Professor Kawai was the front runner of this mental health field, letting us know what is important for Psyche. Japanese mental health workers were busy enough for caring sever mental health patients, not many depressions compared to now. In these 30 years, I see many changes inpatients, also Psychotherapeutic methods. I work general Psychiatry outpatients mainly, a little Analytical work. Because of Japanese health insurance system, Psychotherapy is only covered for CBT. Many psychologists work with “sand play”, but it is hard to present if that has evidence. What is the best value of Analytical Psychology? How can we make use of this idea for what kind of patients? Eastern Philosophy dose not valued enough in Western culture. Perhaps, Jung’s idea may brides between East and West. I would like to consider this issue in my lecture.

自從1995年，我成為IAAP會員並從英國回到日本時，我便常常問自己：「我如何將我的技巧運用在日本患者身上？」在1995年，日本剛剛經歷了阪神・淡路大地震及奧姆真理教東京沙林毒氣事件。這是所謂的日本經濟發展「失去的30年」的開始，也無疑是幸福感下降的起點。河合教授是這個心理健康領域的領導者，讓我們知道甚麼對心靈（Psyche） 來說是重要的。日本心理健康工作者忙得不可開交，無法照顧嚴重的精神疾病患者，與現在相比，那時並沒有多少憂鬱症患者。這30年，我看到病人身上以及心理治療方法發生了許多變化。我主要工作的是普通精神科門診，以及一些分析的工作。由於日本的健康保險制度，心理治療僅涵蓋認知行為治療（CBT）。許多心理學家都使用“沙盤遊戲”來工作，但這個方式很難有證據來證明。分析心理學的最大價值是什麼？ 我們如何才能將這個想法應用在怎麼樣的病人身上？東方哲學在西方文化中並沒有得到足夠的重視。 也許，榮格的想法可以成為東西方之間的橋樑。我希望在我的演講中思考這個問題。

1）講座將由授課老師（榮格心理分析師）簽署時數證明，時數獲國際分析心理學協會（IAAP）認證。
2）工作坊結束後本小組提供回看影片(觀看期限：2個月)
