A Mission to Bring Yoga to All. . .

Yoga, at it’s core, teaches us to breath and move in a way to create physical ease and connection to our mind, body, and spirit. It is being recognized by businesses as a way to help employees enhance performance and health (reducing sick days), as well as reduce workplace injuries. Yoga partner postures create a great team-building experience too! Yoga also reduces stress, which aids in its appeal for students, parents, and professionals alike.

Yoga can help you learn balance and coordination, and many schools are adding it to physical education curriculums. Yoga is it can be done anywhere, and with anyone - its possibilities are limitless, which makes it accessible for everyone.

The most gentle of yoga asanas can slowly and safely open up our bodies to reduce tension. Yoga breathing practices and postures can also be practiced in a way that challenges us mentally and physically, leading to physical and mental strength, increased flexability, and numerous health benefits. All yoga positions can be modified - for those who aren’t as flexible, are building strength, or may need a little extra support. All yoga postures can also be adapted - for those who have physical limitations (such as missing limbs, or disabilities) or injuries.

Corporate and Private Yoga is founded by a group of instructors whom have been teaching since 2009, and have worked with students of all types - in both corporate, private, and studio settings. We have worked with individuals, as well as Girl Scout Troops, Family Get-Togethers, Birthday Parties, Corporate Events, Fundraisers, Veterans, and more!
