Do you experience lethargy, random bodily discomfort, bad moods or mental stress?
Grounding, or earthing, means having direct contact with the earth — such as walking barefoot.
The most recent scientific research has explored grounding for inflammation, cardiovascular disease, muscle damage, chronic pain, and negative moods.

It might seem unbelievable that walking barefoot could actually improve our health. But there are indeed scientific reasons behind it. As the earth emits negative electrons, they pe*****te our bodies when we walk barefoot. These electrons have remarkable benefits that many of us could never even imagine.
Furthermore, incorporating direct or indirect Elements of Nature into the built environment have been demonstrated through research to reduce stress, blood pressure levels and regulate heart rate, whilst increasing productivity, creativity and in general helps our well-being.

4. Now, imagine if you had to describe this feeling of the sunlight and breeze caressing your face, to someone who has never felt it. How would you explain it to them?
Multi-disciplinary research has revealed that electrically conductive contact of the human body with the surface of the Earth (grounding or earthing) produces intriguing effects on physiology and health. Such effects relate to inflammation, immune responses, ...
