💥 April is National Stress Awareness Month 💥
Stress is something we all experience — it’s part of being human. But when stress becomes constant or overwhelming, it can deeply impact our mental, emotional, and even physical well-being.
As a Gestalt Psychotherapist and forensic psychology practitioner, I see how stress shows up in different forms — tension in the body, racing thoughts, irritability, or even complete shutdown. Often, what’s needed most is a safe space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with ourselves.
✨ This month is an invitation to:
🌀 Notice how stress shows up in your body and life
🌀 Name your stressors without judgment
🌀 Nurture yourself through grounding, movement, or connection
🌀 Seek support — you don’t have to carry it alone
🌱 Awareness is the first step toward change. Let’s use this month to tune in, slow down, and care for ourselves and each other with more intention.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, know that support is available, and healing is possible. One breath, one choice, one moment at a time.
