The main risk factors for developing this condition include:
🔺 Childbirth
🔺 Hysterectomy
🔺 Menopause/ Age
🔺 Family history
🔺 Obesity
🔺 Chronic coughing or constipation
🔺 Smoking

POP can manifest in various ways, and it's essential to be aware of the signs.

Some common symptoms include (but are not limited too):
🚩Bulging or a sensation of something falling out of the va**na
🚩Lower back pain or discomfort
🚩Pain or discomfort during in*******se
🚩Urinary incontinence or difficulty emptying the bladder completely
🚩Constipation or difficulty with bowel movements
