📢 Today is International Coming Out Day 🏳️‍🌈

➡️ This day is an annual observance dedicated to celebrating and supporting individuals in the LGBTQ+ community as they share their authentic selves with the world. It also aims to raise awareness about the importance of coming out, challenge stereotypes and prejudices, and promote acceptance and inclusion.

➡️ The NCPE plays a pivotal role not only in creating awareness-raising campaigns but also in investigating complaints of alleged discrimination on the grounds of s*xual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, or s*x characteristics in various sectors, including employment, education, vocational training, and financial institutions.

Sustainable Development Goal 10 aims to reduce inequalities within and among countries based on income, s*x, age, disability, s*xual orientation, race, class, ethnicity, religion and opportunity.

➡️ Reducing income inequalities.
➡️ Ensuring equal opportunities; end discrimination.
