For those who are new to this page I would like to introduce myself to you 🤗
I’m a 50 yr old, passionate, humorous and grounded Yoga teacher with over 10 yrs teaching experience in Malta.
My Yoga classes are creative, well balanced, mindful and with a playful twist.
They offer a safe, nurturing, yet challenging environment for practitioners to come and explore their emotional and physical boundaries.

Beginners are always welcome to join the classes 💚
