Self-care isn’t always pretty. Sometimes it’s tough conversations, rest when you’d rather push, and letting go of what drains you.

Therapy is about creating a safe space where clients can explore their own wisdom, find their own voice, and discover what feels true to them.

As a therapist, my role is not to provide answers, but to walk alongside you as you uncover them yourself. I believe that my clients are the experts in their own lives, and my task is to support, hold, and collaborate with them in making the difficult things a little easier to carry.

Therapy is less about "removing" the struggles and more about learning to sit with them, understand them, and grow through them together.
