We are delighted to host Sotiria Drivalou to offer Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Program as part of her professional training to become a Certified Teacher of Mindfulness-Based Programs through Bangor University (UK), one of the world’s leading institutions for mindfulness research and mindfulness-based programs.
