🌱Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Program – Jan 26 to Mar 23, 2026 🌱

We are delighted to host Sotiria Drivalou to offer Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Program as part of her professional training to become a Certified Teacher of Mindfulness-Based Programs through Bangor University (UK), one of the world’s leading institutions for mindfulness research and mindfulness-based programs.

✨ Who Can Benefit?

MBSR is ideal for anyone wishing to live with more balance, focus, and emotional well-being.

Especially beneficial for:

Mental health professionals (psychologists, therapists, counsellors, social workers)

Educators and school staff wishing to integrate mindfulness in classrooms

Healthcare professionals (nurses, doctors, caregivers)

Managers and professionals experiencing work-related stress

Weekly Sessions:

Silent Retreat:
📅 Saturday, Mar 14, 2026, | 🕙 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

📚✨ Interactive Storytelling for Kids – Tomorrow! ✨📚

We’re excited to invite you and your little ones to a fun storytelling activity happening Friday 26th September at 5pm, Ta’ Qali Picnic Area 🌳.

This event is in support of The Malta Trust Foundation, which has been doing incredible work for families in our community — from providing therapy sessions to offering AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) devices. These devices, like speech-generating tablets and communication apps, give children who struggle with verbal communication the chance to express themselves, join conversations, and feel included 💙

🎟️ All proceeds from ticket sales will go directly to the Malta Trust Foundation.

This theme is about presence and living in the moment (as opposed to living for the future), about creating rituals that have meaning and recognising the ritualistic and habitual. Let us recognise that we need both order and chaos to embrace the magic in the mundane.
