Ease your mind and body pain and relax through a traditionally yogic Meditation & Hatha Yoga practise. I am a professionally trained and certified yoga teacher in the tradition of Sivananda Yoga and will love to help you to become mentally and physically refreshed and fit with our one kind meditation service called Yoga Nidra. It is a practice that includes complete physical, mental and emotionl relaxation - a state that is reached best by turning inward, away from outer experiences. It is practised in a lying position (Shavasana), so that really everybody can practise it. If you experience poor sleep or inner restlessness, this technique can help you to release mental tensions. That's why it is used in modern burnout prevention therapy, too. The teacher will guide through the process with the help of conscious relaxation to take you into deep Nidra. After going into the deepest state of conscious relaxation, you are brought back out of it and into the present state, where you reconnect with yourself and the world around you, living in each and every moment. You'll feel deeply relaxed and refreshed, full of creative energy and inner peace. An additional gentle Yoga practice keep your body fit and healthy. Your well-being is your key to a success life.
