A quick, in between client circuit for glute, knee and running health 💪🏻🏃🏻‍♀️

Glutes are the king of muscles - keeping them strong is key in avoiding back, hip and knee injuries - be sure to work them in different directions!

Ankle stability training helps keep away pesky tendinitis and ankle strains

Single leg work is SO important for runners and knee p/rehab.. think about it.. running is a single leg activity as only one leg is ever in contact with the ground at a time 🤯
