One of the techniques I share in the course is The 3 STEP approach

👉 Step 1 – Analyse your present, journal, get aware of what you are feeling, your emotions; only from here you can take the next steps for the shift
👉 Step 2 – Take Breaks, YEEEESSSSS! Imagine your foot on the gas of the car always pressed to the max. You know what will happen. Your nervous system is the same; it needs a pause, fuel, breaks, and 'nothing time'.
👉 Step 3 – Implement – How? It's easy; time blockers in your calendar – if you want to change your schedule, only when you slot time for it you can do it!
