Il-proġett Empowering a Mentally Healthy Generation nieda uffiċjalment il-QT Robot, “Empowerinu” fl-iskola primarja ta' San Ġwann. Din l-inizjattiva għandha l-għan li tgħin lit-tfal u lil dawk li jieħdu ħsiebhom jifhmu aħjar u jieħdu ħsieb is-saħħa mentali, l-emozzjonijiet u l-benesseri tagħhom b’mod sempliċi u aċċessibbli.

Ir-robot ser ikun ambaxxatur interattiv, li jgħin biex iqajjem kuxjenza u jħeġġeġ lit-tfal ifittxu l-għajnuna meta jkollhom bżonnha. Huwa importanti li nifhmu li din l-inizjattiva hija maħsuba sabiex tikkumplimenta l-interazzjoni umana u l-kura professjonali, u ma tippruvax tieħu postha.

Matul l-istess attività, ġiet ippreżentata wkoll l-ewwel verżjoni tal-Mental Health Toolkit. Dan id-dokument ser jħeġġeġ diskussjonijiet bejn tfal, ġenituri, edukaturi u professjonisti oħra fix-xhur li ġejjin.

The Empowering a Mentally Healthy Generation project officially launched the QT Robot, “Empowerinu” at San Ġwann Primary School. This initiative aims to help children and their caregivers better understand and take care of their mental health, emotions, and wellbeing in a simple and accessible way.

The robot acts as an interactive ambassador, raising awareness and encouraging children to seek support when needed. It is important to note that this initiative supports human interaction and professional care, and it does not replace it.

During the same event, the first draft of the Mental Health Toolkit was also introduced. This document aims to encourage conversations between children, parents, educators, and professionals in the months ahead.
