First up: Sweet potato & pumpkin purée, grilled tofu with fennel, and pesto dressing. 🌱🍴
Next, indulge in a creamy, flavourful mushroom risotto with balsamic glacé. 🍚
Third: A rich, aromatic Thai Green Curry with tempeh and baby eggplant. 🍛
Lastly, a vibrant salad featuring fresh local orange, wild-foraged rocket, and red cabbage. 🥗🍊
