Women are a divine creation. Somehow more years ago than we can count, life was drawn into the fierce shape of a woman and since then life has been carried on, over and over again. Yes, men give life, have strength, and are something unique unto themselves but today we celebrate the magic in the women of this world.

Think throughout your life to the women that have carried you as you were formed, nurtured you as you grew, and stood by you when no one else would. Think about the woman that you are (if you are), the journey you have faced, and the hope you have shone in every smile you have offered. We talk a lot about being grateful and I charge you right now to think of at least one woman you are grateful for. Maybe your mother for giving you life, maybe your sister for being your friend, maybe your coworker for standing by you when the job gets tough.

Today is the day to speak up, share with them the impact and the magic that they have brought to your world. The smallest gesture will offer strength in tough moments, light in the darkness and hope when their magic seems to wane.

To the women out there, today more than any other day is a day to celebrate you. Celebrate your successes and your losses, celebrate each step you have taken, every battle you have fought, every smile you have given and every beat of that titanium heart inside you.

Where there is a woman, there is magic! You are magic, show it!

First full moon of the year, happening on 6th of January. A full moon gives you an opportunity to refresh, rejuvenate and release any built up tension or stress. Practising yoga during a full moon and aligning your energy with this lunar phase will allow you to feel grounded and fulfilled.

Using movement, breathing and meditation as the key tool that gets energy unblocked, flowing, and out of your body.
