Hello everyone. As we know, a lot of cases of DENGUE has been detected in Mauritius.
Dengue is caused by a virus transmitted by mosquitoes. Some patients will have mild symptoms while some can have serious symptoms.
Kindly please take your precautions and protect against mosquitoes. Make friends with mosquito repellent. Take care.

Hello everyone. This week's topic will be on depression. One of the subjects that we all need to be more conscious and alert about.

Globally, it is estimated that 5% of adults suffer from depression, as per WHO statistics.

More women are affected than men. Depression can lead to su***de.

Just by knowing about the condition does not make a difference. However, by showing up and being there for those who need support make a huge difference. Together, let's be the change. Take care of your mental health and that of your closed ones too.

Coucou tout le monde. Comme topic de cette semaine, j'ai choisit la légionellose, une des causes de pneumonie communautaires qu'on fait face à, en ce moment.

Prenez bien soins de vous et comme prévention à la légionellose, n'oubliez pas à désinfecter vos tanks d'eau, faire un bon servicing de vos climatiseurs et maintenir une température d'eau 60 degrés Celsius.

One of the most common cases I am having these days is tonsillitis. Just to highlight, with a good rest, proper hydration, a balanced diet and wearing a mask, we can prevent many infections.
