โœจ Add colours - fruits, veggies, fun shapes
โœจ Keep it varied - small portions of different foods feel more exciting
โœจ Let them help - kids are more likely to eat what they helped choose or prepare
โœจ Keep it realistic - it doesnโ€™t have to be perfect to be nutritious
