We’re hyped to share our Updated September 2025 Class Schedule with some fresh additions to keep the good vibes going. Whether you’re just starting out or flipping like a pro, our pole, aerial dance, and contortion classes are here to build your strength, spark confidence, and bring the fun.🦋
📅 September 2025 Class Schedule
All classes at our new spot: Floor 1, Quartier General, St Pierre, Moka
Monday:
7:15 PM - 8:00 PM: Pole Flow (All Levels, get ready to dance!)
8:00 PM - 8:45 PM: Pole Heels (All Levels, bring your heels + knee pads!)
Thursday:
5:45 PM - 6:30 PM: Contortion 101 (All Levels, bend it like a boss!)
6:45 PM - 7:30 PM: Pole Fitness (Level 2 & 3, level up those skills!)
7:30 PM - 8:15 PM: Pole Fitness (Level 1, get the basics right!)
Saturday:
8:00 AM - 8:45 AM: Pole Fitness (Mixed Levels, morning energy!)
8:45 AM - 9:30 AM: Contortion 101 (All Levels, stretch it out!)
12:15 PM - 1:00 PM: Aerial Dance (All Levels, flow in the air!)

📝 Studio Rules to Keep It Smooth
We’re all about creating a safe, fun, and supportive space, so here’s the lowdown:
What to Wear: Rock tight athletic gear (no loose clothes) and remove all jewellery during classes to protect our equipment. Shorts for pole (for that grip!), long pants for aerial dance.
Arrive Early: Get here 10 mins early to check in and warm up. Late arrivals might miss out (safety’s #1!).
Stay Safe: Follow your instructor’s lead and let us know about any injuries before class starts.
Keep It Tidy: Put your gear in the designated spots. Water’s essential, but no food/drinks in the training area.
Spread the Love: Cheer on your fellow aerialists and polers—we operate as a family!
